At Ebonie's G.I.F.T.S., we are dedicated to making a positive impact in the community. Our mission is to provide underserved individuals with resources for enrichment to become self-sufficient and financially stable.
Our Why
Ebonie McKenzie gifted her time, talent and treasure to youth all over the community. She was an active participant with the youth group at Pathway Missionary Baptist Church as well as a mentor and tutor for youth and young adults all over the city.
Ebonie wanted to start a nonprofit to maximize the G.I.F.T.S. she provided to the community. She began writing her vision but did not live to see it come to fruition. Ebonie was a Lupus warrior whom God called home after a COVID battle in 2021.
Ebonie's mother, Kim Dawson, found the written vision and began bringing friends and family together to continue the legacy that Ebonie started.

Ebonie's G.I.F.T.S. is a nonprofit organization committed to improving lives through various initiatives. We focus on empowering individuals, supporting communities, and fostering positive change. Our vision is to have a world where youth and adults are provided adequate resources for development and enrichment.
Ebonie gave the following G.I.F.T.S. in hopes that those she encountered would pay them forward. Our mission, vision and strategic goals center around these G.I.F.T.S.
